All rates are subject to revision. No pro-rata rates for 18-hole rounds. Caddy fee must be paid in cash at the Pro Shop. Green fees are settled on arrival — no advance payment required.

Club Standards
On the Course
- —Collared t-shirts must be worn
- —Jerseys, jumpers, vests and jackets suitable for golf
- —Tailored shorts, trousers and skirts
- —Socks must be worn at all times
- —Soft-spike golf shoes or sport shoes only
- —Course open 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM daily
In the Clubhouse
- —Playing kit permitted on verandah until 8:00 PM
- —Smart casual required in all other areas
- —After 8:00 PM: no shorts, slippers or tracksuits
- —Smart casual at all restaurants
- —National dress welcome — sarong not permitted
- —Clubhouse open 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM
Restaurant
- —Only playing visitors may access the restaurant
- —Non-playing spectators not permitted
- —Drivers and tour guides may not use facilities
- —Green fee required to use restaurant (even if not playing)
- —Restaurant payments by card, separate from green fee
- —À la carte menu available
Course Essentials
- —RCGC is a walking course — no buggy service
- —All visitors must use a caddy
- —Caddy fee paid at Pro Shop cashier before the round
- —No limit on tips for deserving caddies
- —Valid ID must be presented on arrival
- —Passport, driver's licence or national ID accepted
Practice Range
- —Open daily except Monday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- —Closed Friday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- —100 balls + range: LKR 3,950
Booking Policy
- —All visitors must pre-book their tee time
- —Tee times subject to member availability
- —Confirmation sent by Golf Operations team
- —Course closed Monday 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM for maintenance
- —Verify rates 7 days before your visit

Visiting from a Partner Club?
Reciprocal Member Requirements
- ›Submit a letter from your home club confirming membership before playing
- ›Present your membership card from your home club upon arrival
- ›Inform RCGC in advance of your reciprocal status when requesting a tee time
- ›Reciprocal members must use the services of a caddy
- ›Caddy fee payable at the Pro Shop cashier during registration
- ›No limit on tips for deserving caddies
